RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original package and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it on your own shipping account. Once received and inspected, you will then be refunded.  

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods: We will arrange the goods to be collected / swapped over at our expense if the fault lies with us or our couriers. I you suspect a package has been damaged during transit, please do not accept the package, rather return it with the couriers.

When does this policy not apply?

If the item returned to us is:

  • In the customers possession for more than 14 days
  • Excessively used, signs of negligence or missing any accessories or products

Please do not return any products to us without consulting with us first and getting permission to do so.
